A full refund may not be possible because resources like time, labor, and third-party tools may already have been allocated once a project has begun. For this reason, we encourage all clients to review proposals, contracts, and project scopes thoroughly before confirming their order.
If a refund is requested prior to the start of a project and no work has been performed, a partial or full refund may be granted, depending on the circumstances and administrative costs involved. However, once a project has entered the production or execution phase—such as the commencement of website coding, content creation, ad campaign setup, or IT infrastructure deployment—no full refunds will be issued. For services that have not yet been provided but are incomplete, a prorated refund may be considered in some instances. For monthly recurring services such as SEO, PPC, or social media management, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Refunds for ongoing services are not offered for the current or previous billing period, as the work is executed continuously throughout each month. Clients are encouraged to communicate with our team regularly to ensure alignment with goals and satisfaction with results.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, digital assets delivered, or services rendered in full. We encourage clients to get in touch with us right away if they have any questions or are unhappy with any aspect of the work. We will do our best to resolve issues through revisions, support, or service credits when appropriate.
